The Cook School’s business concentration in leadership and human resources management focuses on both the human and organizational aspects of the work place in order to teach students how to effectively and efficiently motivate people through their skills and insights.

B.S. in Business Administration - Leadership & Human Resource Management Concentration

In addition to fulfilling the requirements for the B.S.B.A. degree, the Leadership and Human Resource Management concentration requires eighteen (18) hours in addition to MGT 2000, MGT 3000, and MGT 4000, which are taken as part of the Business Common Body of Knowledge.
