Custom-Designed Programs

Let the John Cook School of Business tailor a professional development program that fits your organization’s needs!

Custom-Designed Programs Process

In addition to providing our latest open-enrollment Executive Certificate offerings, the Executive Education Program at the John Cook School of Business also works with organizations, individually, to create custom-designed learning experiences which are tailored to specific needs. Whether the organization is striving to adapt to shifting markets, new competitors, varying customer demands, or other strategic challenges, customized programs can be structured to strengthen executive leadership capacity and drive organizational performance.

Our objective is to work closely with executives and managers to develop programs that meet the specific challenges of individual organizations, including changes in strategic direction that move organizations forward, enhancing specific management skills, and/or building organizational competency in areas such as marketing, finance, human resources, and managerial governance. We strive to provide dedicated executives and managers with the necessary strategies to position their organizations for competitive advantage in the marketplace.
