TrepStart Day is a one-day event where local teens learn, lunch and launch into entrepreneurial thinking by interacting with successful teen entrepreneurs from around the U.S. Starbucks Coffee co-founder Jerry Baldwin will give this year’s keynote address at the event, designed as a peer-to-peer exploration of entrepreneurial thinking and achievement know-how. TrepStart Day will also include:
- Interactive breakout sessions led by successful teen entrepreneurs

Entrepreneur Network (TEN), an exclusive group of nationally recognized teen entrepreneurs.
“We are so excited for another great TrepStart Day event with a keynote speaker as influential and inspiring as Jerry Baldwin,” said Tanya Hamilton, founder and executive director of Independent Youth. “There are so many brilliant young entrepreneurs in St. Louis area high schools and we love giving them a platform in which to foster their ideas.”
