Cook School Accounting Students Ranked No. 28 by NASBA for CPA Exam Performance
In the recent National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) report on candidate performance on the 2014 CPA examination, Saint Louis University students are ranked No. 28 in the nation for first-time candidates from a medium-sized (21-60 candidates) program. The accounting program has had strong results and individual success over the years, but this is an exciting milestone for the program, as they’ve entered into the top 30 ranking for the first time.
Additional accolades include ranking as a top 50 undergraduate accounting program in the U.S. by Bloomberg BusinessWeek from 2011 to 2013, and a top 100 business school ranking based on research contributions in top three accounting journals from 2010-2013: The Accounting Review, the Journal of Accounting and Economics, and the Journal of Accounting Research.
