Michael Shaner, Ph.D. (Professor, Management) was named “Best Management Professor” by the World Education Congress in Mumbai. Dr. Shaner was recognized for his leadership and contribution to the field of education, and as a thinker and doer who served as a “role model and a believer in change.” The World Education Congress is a rendezvous in which participants discuss evolving trends in education and will examine modern, as well as traditional knowledge systems.
Morris Kalliny, Ph.D. (Assistant Professor, Marketing) was selected to be the closing plenary speaker at the Academy of International Business- US Northeast Chapter Annual Conference on October 12, 2013 in Hartford Connecticut. “Middle East and North Africa: Delayed Promises or Dashed Hope?” was the title of the presentation.
Debbie Pike (Assistant Professor, Accounting) and the Zeta Nu Chapter of Beta Alpha Phi have been recognized internationally as a Superior Chapter. Recognition as Superior Chapter is a significant accomplishment. Under the leadership of Debbie Pike, the Zeta Nu Chapter has far exceeded the baseline requirements of Beta Alpha Psi and has excelled in the areas of academics, professionalism, and leadership. As Faculty Advisor for the chapter, Debbie has provided an invaluable service to the chapter.View All News
