Mike leads a global J&J team that focuses on the continuation of serialization launches and sustainability as well as working on teams addressing UDI and RFID needs/requirements. Mike joined J&J in 1991 after having spent 6 years in the United States Air Force. While at J&J, he worked in many areas such as R&D, quality, manufacturing and distribution. He lead the Operations piece of J&J’s pilot team that successfully rolled out serialization across the largest J&J pharmaceutical distribution center.

Mike is responsible for leading Johnson & Johnson’s supply chain visibility program that is an enabler to delivering exceptional customer experience while improving supply chain effectiveness and integrity. Mike’s responsibilities include product identification and traceability, which includes serialization and traceability, GS1 standards adoption, Unique Device Identification, and Global Data Synchronization Network.
