#SLUPureIdea Winners Announced!
The Center for Entrepreneurship at the John Cook School of Business held its annual Pure Idea Generator Challenge at the City Museum on October 2. Students from across the Midwest entered by answering a question on Twitter:
Pokemon Go combined augmented reality & geolocation to create the hottest game of the summer. Combining 2 technologies, what would you create to make the next big thing?
Only 20 students were selected to compete at the City Museum. Competitors were given a new problem and took a 3-minute ride on Big Eil, the Ferris wheel on the roof of the museum, to come up with a solution. After the ride, they immediately presented their answer to a judging panel of St. Louis entrepreneurs and startup incubators.
Congratulations to the winners and everyone who competed!
