The Leadership & Change Management concentration at SLU’s Cook School focuses on both the human and organizational aspects of the workplace. Management education at the Cook School emphasizes motivating people with skill and insight.

A Management emphasis focuses on the human and organizational aspects of the workplace. Students who complete this emphasis will have studied individual and group behavior, organizational communication, leadership and motivation, organizational structures and cultures, managing conflict, change and innovation, and stress management.
The Diplomate program includes workshops, speakers, and competitions designed to help participants develop an understanding of and appreciation for entrepreneurial business.

The Post-MBA Certificate allows MBA graduates from SLU and other AACSB institutions to further their education in the following areas: Entrepreneurship, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
