About
Ananth Seetharaman is a Professor and the Ernst & Young Distinguished professor of accounting at Saint Louis University. He has been with Saint Louis University since 1992 and was appointed Chairman of the department effective July 1, 2004. His main teaching and research interests are in tax and management accounting. He has won several teaching excellence awards and has published in leading accounting journals including The Journal of Accounting and Economics, The Accounting Review, The Journal of the American Taxation Association, and The Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance. Ananth enjoys his work, working out, and spending time with his family. He is well- traveled internationally. He also enjoys running, swimming, listening to Sting and Doobie Brothers, riding his motorcycle, reading novels and sometimes reading heavier stuff.
