The Cook School IT Service Desk meets the demands of today’s educational business technology through creating a unique personal computing experience with our facilities and staff.
Personal Assistance
Our IT Service Desk staff assists with the John Cook School of Business student, faculty, and staff needs. The staff is available to help troubleshoot university owned and supported hardware and software.
Citrix Help
As technology has evolved, the Cook School has been on the forefront of new computing trends. Citrix, cloud computing software, is one way the Cook School meets the increasing need for access to specialized academic software outside of the classroom. Through Citrix, students can access the software for free via their personal computer wherever there is an internet connection.

Hours of Opertaion
The Cook School Service Desk is open Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Sunday 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Please note that hours are subject to change according to the University academic calendar.

IT Facilities
All of our facilities are open and available during our regular ours of operation.
Computer Labs
The Cook School offers a computer lab for student use located in Davis-Shaughnessy 374. Our computer lab is outfitted with the following services:
- Public workstation for the SLU community
- Academic softwares to support our courses needs
- Printing & Scanning
- Access to Citrix cloud computing
- Study spaces with network access for personal computers
AT&T Collaboration Lab
AT&T’s generous support and contribution to the AT&T Collaboration Lab provides the necessary resources for students to gain a competitive advantage through collaborative work with peers, staff, faculty, outside businesses, while utilizing cutting edge technology. Please note: The collaboration lab is available through reservation only with the Cook School Service Desk.
